What would you do?
Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. A software system that provides website authoring, collaboration, and administration tools designed to allow users with little knowledge of web programming languages or markup languages to create and manage website content with relative ease.
What are we looking for?
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically in SFCC for D2C page creation, feature implimentation and promotion management.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of team management experience, with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize workflows efficiently.
- Solid understanding of web analytics (Google preferred) for data-driven performance tracking.
- In-depth knowledge of the SFCC framework and data flow within the eCommerce domain.
- Proficient in HTML (4 & 5) and CSS (3) at an intermediate level.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft tools with strong communication and presentation skills.
- 4+ years of professional experience, preferably within the eCommerce domain.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with a structured approach to managing tasks and driving progress despite multiple dependencies. Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
- May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
- The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

- A Platform Lead - Always On oversees the end-to-end management of feature implementations on eCommerce/content platforms, ensuring stability, smooth operations, and adoption across markets.
- The role involves coordinating feature requests and enhancements with IT, managing UAT and releases, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring SLA adherence.
- Acting as the central link between markets, brand manager, and IT, the Platform Manager also drives training, knowledge sharing, and process compliance while leveraging new features, automation, personalization, to enhance efficiency and business impact.
