Job Summary
This role is in Accenture Research Global Corporate Finance team.We are looking for a highly motivated researcher with a strong foundation in financial analysis, exposure to M&A and private equity, and a keen interest in translating complex datasets into actionable business insights. This role sits within the Accenture Research team and is focused on delivering data-driven perspectives to both clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing bespoke financial models to inform investment strategies, assess company/industry performance, and analyze market trends.
- In addition, the role involves supporting internal Accenture Research teams through deep-dive financial analysis and insightful storytelling. An awareness of emerging technologiesparticularly in the realm of Generative AIand their potential impact on companies, business models, and competitive dynamics is highly valued. The ability to integrate these insights into financial narratives and research deliverables will be a strong asset. Success in this position requires a strong blend of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and intellectual curiosity about business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support research and client engagements in the areas of corporate finance including private equity, M&A, by identifying key trends, benchmarking metrics, and generating actionable investment insights.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including ratio benchmarking, valuation modeling, and cross-industry comparisons.
- Leverage proprietary and third-party datasets (e.g., PitchBook, S&P Capital IQ) to uncover patterns and trends in financial and market activity.
- Collaborate closely with research leads and stakeholders to develop market scans, presentations, and executive-ready insights.
- Synthesize complex financial and strategic data into clear, visually compelling deliverables that support high-impact decision-making.
