Role Overview We’re looking for a Website Developer who can bring this premium brand experience to life online. The site should act as a digital flagship — modern, clean, responsive, and tailored to convert interest into collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop a visually striking, performance-optimised website that mirrors our premium positioning. Structure the site to highlight our services, team, portfolio, and campaign philosophy . Build sections for case studies, influencer activations, testimonials, and press . Implement an intuitive CMS for future content management (Webflow, WordPress, or Framer preferred). Ensure smooth transitions, minimal animations, and lightning-fast load times. Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy team to maintain brand consistency and storytelling . Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in website development with a strong design sense . Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and platforms like Webflow, Framer, or WordPress. Experience working with creative, hospitality, or luxury brands is a bonus. Understanding of mobile-first design, UX/UI , and digital narrative flow. Detail-oriented with a clean, modern aesthetic and strong communication skills. Bonus Skills Familiarity with interactive elements, micro-animations , or motion design . Comfort with integrating dashboards, analytics or CRM tools as needed. Show more Show less
