Web Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven Website Layout Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, structuring, and designing high-conversion website layouts that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, UI/UX fundamentals, and the ability to translate brand goals into intuitive website structures.

Key Responsibilities1. Website Layout & Structure

• Create wireframes, mockups, and layout drafts for landing pages and full websites.
• Define clear content hierarchy, user flow, and page sections based on project objectives.
• Ensure layouts are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

2. UI/UX Coordination

• Work with the UI/UX team to align layout logic with user experience principles.
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement best-practice website structures.
• Optimize layouts for seamless navigation and high engagement.

3. Brand & Content Alignment

• Structure pages based on brand identity, tone, and design direction.
• Collaborate with content writers to position copy effectively within the layout.
• Ensure visual storytelling across all pages.

4. Collaboration & Handoff

• Coordinate with designers and developers for smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Create detailed annotations for developers explaining spacing, flow, and placement.
• Maintain organized layout files within project folders.

5. Quality Assurance

• Review final developed pages to ensure the layout matches approved wireframes.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with developers to make corrections.
• Optimize for conversion goals (leads, sales, bookings, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of layout design, visual hierarchy, and UX principles.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar wireframing tools.
• Ability to create clean, structured, and conversion-focused layouts.
• Basic understanding of website development (HTML/CSS is a plus).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in website layout, UI/UX, or web design.
• Experience working with Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow projects.
• Prior agency experience is a bonus.

Pay: ₹10,052.42 - ₹43,776.53 per month
