Web Developer

Project Role Description :

Design, build and test web-based applications for various site components and edit site content. Document technical designs and specifications. Research and incorporate updated content for websites.

Must have skills :

Educational Qualification :

15 years full time education

Lead technical analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of Slack integration issues across Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP, and other connected systems.
Own complex incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and long-term fixes; guide improvements in monitoring, reliability, and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (client, product owners, support teams) to streamline support workflows and improve stability.
Develop and enhance scripts, utilities, dashboards, and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve support turnaround.
Provide technical mentorship, ensure adherence to best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge management. Best Skills to Cross-Skill into Slack Support API & Integration Basics Understanding REST APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, and common error patterns. Log Analysis & Troubleshooting Ability to read logs from any platform (Splunk, CloudWatch, Salesforce debug logs, MuleSoft logs). Basic Scripting Python or JavaScript for simple automation, utilities, and debugging support. OAuth & Authentication Fundamentals Token flow, permission scopes, and common auth failures. Monitoring & Alert Handling Working with alerts, dashboards, and health checks. ServiceNow / ITSM Familiarity For incident handling, routing, and documentation. Optional (Nice-to-Have) Cross-Skilling Areas Salesforce Integration Concepts (connected apps, API calls, basic flows) MuleSoft Fundamentals (API Manager, logs, error handling) Cloud Basics (AWS/Azure basics for log and deployment understanding), 15 years full time education
