Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer located in Kanpur. The Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, programming, web design, and overall web development tasks to enhance our online presence. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a good mix of technical knowledge and creative thinking to ensure seamless user experiences, clean interfaces, and functional performance across all devices. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery) Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to integrate APIs and server-side logic Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance Use CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built systems to manage content Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness Troubleshoot website issues and debug problems in real-time Keep up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends Technical Skills Required Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Familiarity with one or more front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular) Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.) Basic knowledge of back-end technologies like PHP, Node.js, or Python (preferred but not mandatory) Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) Basic SEO and website performance optimization techniques Soft Skills Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication and time management skills Creative mindset and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 1–3 years of hands-on experience in web development A portfolio of past web projects is a plus Why Join Us?
