About Us: At 5 Circles Private Limited, we are transforming stock market education with logic, technology, and community. As a SEBI-registered company with high-performing digital assets, we’re now expanding our tech team to support our mission. Role Overview: We're looking for a multi-skilled IT & Web Development professional who can take full ownership of our website performance, tech stack, and backend infrastructure. You’ll ensure our digital presence runs seamlessly while also building new tools that support our educational ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Design, maintain, and upgrade our company websites (WordPress / custom-built) Manage web hosting, servers, domain DNS & security (SSL, firewall, etc.) Troubleshoot IT hardware/software issues across teams Create landing pages, implement tracking codes (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.) Coordinate with design and marketing teams to implement tech needs Set up internal automations (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly, webhook integrations) Manage emails (SMTP/IMAP), cloud storage, and basic networking Ensure cybersecurity hygiene and data backup protocols Skills & Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in full-stack web development & IT support Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP & MySQL Knowledge of hosting platforms (e.g., Bluehost, Hostinger, GoDaddy) Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SMTP configs, etc. Ability to manage IT infrastructure independently Bonus: Experience with LMS platforms like Graphy, Thinkific, or Teachable Who You Are: A solution-oriented techie who loves making things work Proactive, detail-focused, and ready to own the entire IT stack Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture Passionate about tech, automation, and online education What You’ll Get: A growth-driven, energetic team environment Freedom to innovate and experiment Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership Competitive salary & performance bonuses
