Job Description

We are looking for an expert in Fundamental Analysis and Futures & Options (F&O) trading. Do you have a knack for teaching and mentoring? If yes — this is your opportunity to shape the next generation of investors and traders! You will lead mentorship programs and interactive sessions to deliver practical knowledge that goes beyond theory — helping students develop real-world investing and trading skills. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Conduct impactful online and offline mentorship sessions ✅ Develop engaging, easy-to-understand learning content (presentations, case studies, market examples) ✅ Mentor students through practical application of market concepts ✅ Address student queries and provide ongoing guidance and support ✅ Stay up-to-date with market trends, tools, and regulatory developments ✅ Foster a collaborative and engaged learning community ✅ Contribute actively to course improvement and innovation Qualifications: 🎓 NISM Certification — mandatory 🎓 Research Analyst Certification — preferred but not mandatory 🎓 Expertise in either: a.Fundamental Analysis (FA) – Equity valuation, financial statements, macroeconomics b.Futures & Options (F&O) – Derivatives trading, risk management, market psychology 🎓 Mentorship / training experience: 5+ years preferred for both FA and F&O tracks Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): ✅ Strong understanding of capital markets, financial analysis, and practical trading/investment strategies ✅ Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for beginner and intermediate learners ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset ✅ Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and trading platforms ✅ Adaptability, student-centric approach, and passion for impactful education What We Offer: 💼 Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives 💼 Freedom to shape your sessions and mentoring style 💼 A young, dynamic, transparent work culture 💼 Opportunity to work with a credible, SEBI-registered institute 💼 A chance to lead change in how India learns to invest and trade Show more Show less
