Key Responsibilities

1. Mentorship & Guidance

• Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions for students.
• Provide personalized support, clarify doubts, and strengthen understanding of trading fundamentals.

2. Curriculum Development

• Collaborate with the content team to enhance and refine course material.
• Ensure that all content is up to date and aligned with current market trends.

3. Teaching Trading Strategies

• Teach various trading techniques such as day trading, swing trading, and value investing.
• Use real-life case studies and practical examples to enhance learning outcomes.

4. Risk Management Education

• Emphasize capital preservation and disciplined trading principles.
• Introduce methods for risk assessment and mitigation.

5. Technical Analysis

• Teach chart reading, use of indicators, and trend identification.
• Guide students in developing data-driven trading strategies.

6. Fundamental Analysis

• Train students to evaluate company financials and market positioning.
• Explain key metrics used for stock evaluation and investment decisions.

7. Market Psychology

• Address psychological aspects influencing trading behavior.
• Help learners manage emotions and make rational trading decisions.

8. Performance Evaluation

• Review student trading performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Track progress and adapt mentoring methods as needed.

9. Webinars & Workshops

• Conduct live sessions, Q&A discussions, and interactive workshops.
• Engage learners through dynamic and practical learning experiences.

10. Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with evolving market trends, trading tools, and regulations.
• Integrate new knowledge and techniques into the curriculum.

Candidate Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (in any discipline)

• NSE or NISM Certification – Mandatory

Experience:

• Minimum

  2–3 years of active trading experience

  (mandatory)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of stock market concepts (mandatory)
• Expertise in

  Options Trading

  and

  Advanced Price Action

• Excellent teaching and communication skills
• Proficiency in

  Hindi, English, and at least one regional language

  (mandatory)
