Job Title: Customer Support Executive Company: Mattress To Door Incorp. Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our night shift team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery updates. Provide product information, recommendations, and post-sales support. Identify and escalate priority issues as needed. Meet KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Requirements Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory . Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail . Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working night shifts (EST/PST time zones). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, live chat platforms, and email systems. High-speed internet connection and a quiet remote work setup. Preferred Qualifications Experience in mattress, furniture, or home goods industry is a plus.
