## About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who has strong experience in React Native (mandatory) along with expertise in backend and web technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of building cross-platform mobile apps as well as scalable backend systems. You will work on diverse projects like Drivon, FurnitureERP, and D4Logistics, collaborating with our global team to deliver world-class products.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native (compulsory).

* Build and manage backend APIs using Node.js / Express / NestJS.

* Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

* Implement secure and scalable integrations with third-party APIs (Twilio, Stripe, AWS, etc.).

* Collaborate with frontend teams on React.js / Next.js web applications.

* Use state management libraries (MobX/Redux/Context API).

* Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

* Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and code reviews.

* Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* 2–4+ years of proven experience in Full Stack Development.

* Mandatory: Strong hands-on knowledge of React Native.

* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

* Experience in Node.js / Express / NestJS backend frameworks.

* Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.

* Good understanding of mobile build, release, and deployment cycles (App Store & Play Store).

* Knowledge of Git workflows and collaborative development.

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience with React.js / Next.js for web development.

* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web apps.

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Azure).

* Knowledge of DevOps practices and Docker is a plus.

* Prior experience in marketplace platforms, SaaS, or ERP systems.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
