Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our night shift team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery updates.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and post-sales support.
• Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
• Meet KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts (EST/PST time zones).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, live chat platforms, and email systems.
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mattress, furniture, or home goods industry is a plus.
