Job Opening: Customer Care Executive

Company: Sacred Mind Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Mohali (Office Based)
Experience: Fresher

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls & respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally.
  • Guide students/customers regarding courses, fees, batch timings & processes.
  • Maintain records of conversations and leads in the CRM.
  • Follow-up with interested customers to convert leads into admissions.
  • Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and service-oriented attitude at all times.

Skills Required:

  • Good Communication Skills (Hindi / Punjabi / English)
  • Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Confident and pleasant personality
  • Ability to handle calls and customer queries patiently
  • Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)

Work Schedule:

Full-Time | shift timing - Rotational

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (Based on Skills & Interview Performance)
