Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Service Trainer at Rohan Motors Ltd. The Service Trainer will be responsible for designing, conducting, and implementing service training programs for staff. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, assessing trainee performance, conducting workshops, and ensuring that the service team adheres to the company's standards of customer satisfaction. The Service Trainer will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and improve service quality. Qualifications Experience in facilitating training programs and workshops Skills in training material development and instructional design Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of customer service principles and practices in the automotive industry Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance Proficiency in using training software and tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
