About The Opportunity

• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into clean, semantic HTML5 and modular CSS (SASS/SCSS) with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Build responsive, mobile-first layouts using modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid) and utility frameworks (Bootstrap / Tailwind as needed).
• Implement interactive UI behaviours with vanilla JavaScript and lightweight libraries; ensure smooth UX and minimal bundle size.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO-friendly markup across desktop and mobile devices.
• Optimize front-end performance: critical rendering path, image optimization, lazy-loading, and Lighthouse score improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and QA to integrate front-end assets into staging and production; follow Git-based workflows and code review best practices.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 1-2+ years experience building production websites with strong HTML5 & CSS3 fundamentals (SASS/SCSS preferred).
• Proven track record of responsive, mobile-first implementations and cross-browser testing.
• Solid JavaScript skills (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and experience integrating front-end code with back-end templates or CMS.
  

Preferred

• Experience with design-to-code workflows (Figma/Adobe XD) and component-based front-end patterns.
• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack/Gulp), Git workflows, and basic performance/accessibility auditing tools (Lighthouse, axe).
• Exposure to CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap), and CMS/integration experience (WordPress, headless CMS) or e-commerce platforms.
