Role Overview: As a Web Analytics Specialist, your role is crucial in collecting and analyzing data on user interaction with the platform and evaluating the overall operation of the platform. You will work closely with different product teams to support their goals and requirements, collaborating frequently on new feature implementations and evaluations. Your responsibility includes monitoring and adjusting various website metrics, studying the site, evaluating its design, collecting data on user interaction, and providing optimization solutions. Your job is to form a connection between the business and the product, helping the business develop better products and features while evaluating their performance. Key Responsibilities: - Use a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity. - Report findings with data visualizations for easy understanding. - Communicate insights and provide solutions with demonstrable results. - Work with web development and marketing teams to implement solutions. - Understand the behavior and expectations of online visitors. - Stay updated with the latest trends in online marketing and design. - Perform problem analysis to resolve system or application issues. Qualifications Required: - Strong quantitative analytical skills. - X years of experience in web analysis, online commerce, or related fields. - In-depth knowledge of web analytics. - Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (GA is a plus) and adjacent tools (GTM). - Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. - Customer-centric mindset. - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Team player. - Good time-management skills. - Great interpersonal and communication skills.
