Job Title: Wealth Manager – Mutual Funds & AIF

Location: Khandwa Madhya Pradesh

Type: Full-Time

The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mutual Funds & AIF Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic investment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing mutual fund portfolios and alternative investment strategies (AIF). You will work closely with the investment team to support strategic decision-making, risk management, and client reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment products, including mutual funds, AIFs, and other financial instruments, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities – Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) Sales

1) Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the management of mutual fund portfolios and AIF products to ensure alignment with client objectives and investment mandates.

• Analyze market trends, economic data, and financial reports to inform investment decisions. • Perform asset allocation and portfolio construction based on risk tolerance and market conditions.

2) Investment Strategy & Research:

• Conduct own in-depth research or can get in touch with internal research team, on alternative investments, including private equity and other alternative asset classes.

• Evaluate and recommend strategies for mutual funds and AIF portfolios to meet performance targets.

• Regularly review fund performance and recommend adjustments as needed.

3) Risk Management & Compliance: • Assess and mitigate risk exposure across portfolios, ensuring that all investments adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies. compliance with all relevant regulations such as SEBI, AIF Regulations, and other applicable standards.

4) Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding portfolio performance, market outlook, and strategic adjustments.

• Prepare and deliver detailed client reports, presentations, and investment recommendations.

5) Fund Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Regularly track and report on the performance of mutual fund and AIF portfolios.

• Provide detailed analytics on returns, risk-adjusted performance, and comparisons to benchmarks.

6) Team Collaboration & Mentoring:

• Work closely with other investment managers, analysts, and the client servicing team to ensure a cohesive investment approach.

• Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional development.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of mutual fund and AIF products, including their structures, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.

• Proficient in financial analysis, Excel, Bloomberg, and other investment-related tools/software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients and internal teams.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge of SEBI guidelines and other regulatory standards related to mutual funds and AIFs.

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualification:

• MBA in Finance preferred.

• 1-3 Years of Experience.
