Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Wealth Manager – Sales with a strong background in Investment Management, Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, and Wealth Advisory to lead and scale client relationships and portfolio growth.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic relationship expert, responsible for driving sales, managing key client portfolios, and delivering world-class investment experiences while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

This is a high-impact role with direct accountability for revenue growth, client acquisition, portfolio expansion, and advisory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy

  • Manage the wealth management function end-to-end — encompassing client portfolios, advisory, and sales performance.
  • Represent Anytime Invest as the face of the brand, embodying trust, transparency, and client centricity.
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets and deepen client engagement.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive distribution and sales of Mutual Funds, Equities, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, and other investment products.
  • Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI, Retail, and Corporate Clients to grow AUM and revenue.
  • Cross-sell and upsell financial products across existing client portfolios to maximize wallet share.
  • Build long-term client relationships through high-touch advisory and performance-focused service.

Client Advisory & Portfolio Management

  • Provide personalized wealth advisory and financial planning solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day client servicing, portfolio monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Dealing Desk for efficient trade execution and query resolution.

Team Collaboration (if handling team)

  • Work closely with internal teams and support functions to deliver superior client outcomes.
  • Contribute to a high-performance culture rooted in learning, accountability, and client-first service.

Compliance & Quality

  • Maintain 100% adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and audit norms.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical selling, client confidentiality, and service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

Experience:
3–5+ years in Investments, Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, or Wealth Management, with demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong sales drive and result orientation.
  • Experience in managing and nurturing high-value client relationships.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

Compensation: 50,000-80,000 per month + Lucrative Incentives
