Wealth Manager

Skills required:

As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and generating assets under management (AUM). Your main focus will be on selling financial products to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), with a preference for mutual funds and bonds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, maximizing risk vs reward balance and optimizing product mix based on individual client's risk profile.
• Acquire and manage preferred clients, both affluent and super affluent.
• Expand our network of clients by selling bonds, mutual funds, and portfolio management services (PMS) products to B2C and B2B customers.
• Deepen existing relationships and increase the size of investment asset under management (AUM) portfolio.
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning, assessing needs, identifying opportunities, and recommending suitable financial solutions.
• Deliver wealth management and banking services to existing customers.
• Track the market for affluent and super affluent client segments and actively acquire new clients.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a business development or sales role in a wealth management or private banking firm.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly AIF, PMS, mutual funds, and bonds.
• Experience in selling investment products to HNIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate wealth solutions to clients.
• Familiarity with financial markets and a good understanding of wealth management products.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as customer relationship management abilities
