Role & responsibilities Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting pre-screening interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Negotiating Offers: Negotiating salary and benefits with selected candidates and presenting job offers. Managing the Hiring Process: Ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding. Building Employer Brand: Promoting the company's brand through recruitment initiatives and events to attract top talent. Utilizing Technology: Using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills are crucial for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing solutions to improve the hiring process. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Maintaining a well-organized system for managing candidates and tracking the hiring process. Knowledge of Recruitment Technologies: Familiarity with ATS, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools. Industry Knowledge: Understanding current recruitment trends and best practices.
