• Administer and optimize SQL Server and Azure SQL environments
• Implement and manage HA/DR solutions (Always On, Failover Groups, Geo-replication)
• Perform database migrations, upgrades, and patching
• Drive performance tuning, query optimization, and monitoring
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards
• Automate DBA tasks using T-SQL, PowerShell, and Azure CLI
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Application teams
✔ 10–12 years of hands-on production DBA experience
✔ Strong expertise in SQL Server & Azure SQL platforms
✔ Experience with HA/DR, backup & disaster recovery planning
✔ Knowledge of security, auditing, and compliance frameworks
✔ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
