Lead and develop the warehouse team, fostering a culture of high performance and safety. Monitor and optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular audits. Manage inventory levels by analyzing data trends and adjusting supply chain strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with overall business objectives. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field. 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics roles. Strong understanding of inventory management systems and methodologies. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving. Preferred Familiarity with automated warehouse technologies and systems. Certification in logistics or supply chain (e.g., APICS). Experience in data analysis tools and data-driven decision making.
