Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities Product Verification & Dispatch: Verify all products before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality. Vending Machine Operations: Ensure timely and accurate refilling of all vending machines. Coordinate with refilling staff and resolve operational issues quickly. Inventory & Stock Management: Manage inwarding of all stock and maintain updated records. Track stock levels, avoid shortages/excess, and reconcile discrepancies. Team Performance & Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff and monitor performance daily. Plan shifts, leaves, and schedules to ensure smooth operations. Motivate and drive the team to achieve accuracy and efficiency. Must have experience of handling team size of 15 to 20 employees Ownership of Warehouse Operations: Take complete responsibility for day-to-day warehouse and field operations. Maintain transparency, discipline, and accountability in processes.  Communicate with Concerned institutional authorities and internal staff for smooth process deliverance   Experience of working with Blue collar segment preferred Must have experience of handling team size of 15 to 20 employees Reporting: Prepare and share daily/weekly stock and operations reports. Use Excel to manage stock data and team performance metrics and minimize wastage Stock audit adherence Requirements:  Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or logistics.  Strong leadership and team management skills.  Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.  Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. Kannada and Hindi languages to be known mandatorily
