Warehouse Manager

We want a smart and enthusiastic Warehouse Manager, who is responsible to oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This involves managing inventory, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety regulations.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred, practical experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

Female experienced candidates are required.

The role also requires planning and coordinating warehouse activities to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Controlling and managing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and optimizing storage space.
• Staff Management: Supervising warehouse staff, delegating tasks, providing training, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Operations Oversight: Overseeing daily operations, including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment, enforcing safety procedures, and adhering to all relevant regulations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspecting and maintaining warehouse equipment, coordinating repairs, and ensuring proper usage.
• Logistics Coordination: Managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, coordinating with transportation providers, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Performance Management: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover, and developing strategies for improvement.

• Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory, staffing, equipment, and logistics.
• Technical Skills:Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations:Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
