Warehouse Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in store management, logistics, and documentation. This role requires strong proficiency in MS Office and a keen ability to streamline warehouse operations for efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes.

Ensure accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods, including proper record-keeping and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient work processes.

Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to maintain records, create reports, and manage documentation efficiently.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or store management.

Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting purposes.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.

In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Salary: INR 30,000 – 40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
