Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Oversee inventory control processes, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and cleanliness.
Implement, review, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and reduce operational errors.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and inventory health metrics.
Handle product returns, damages, and quality checks in a timely and structured manner.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations within the warehouse.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software to manage inventory movement and generate operational reports.
