Designation: Asst Warehouse Manager Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: min 8years in warehouse Salary: upto 9LPA Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh Notice Period: Immedidate to 15days Please find the JD below: Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Store & Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations including material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch. Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Implement effective material movement, documentation, and SOP adherence. Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Manage and train store personnel for operational efficiency and policy compliance. 2. Purchase & Procurement: Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and spares Identify and develop vendors for cost-effective and quality-compliant procurement. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure service-level adherence Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor documentation, and procurement MIS reports. Monitor material lead times and stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. 3. Finance Coordination: Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing, GRN entries, and vendor payment follow- ups. Support in budget tracking, cost optimization, and expense control at the site level. Ensure timely submission of commercial documentation, purchase orders, and reconciliations. Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, financial forecasts, and operational analysis. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory norms. 4. Administration: Handling general Administration of the Site. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s/master’s in finance, Commerce, or related discipline. PG Diploma in Materials Management or Supply Chain preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in store, warehouse, procurement, and site commercial functions. Proficiency in SAP MM and Oracle ERP is essential Experience in Pharmaceutical, Food Processing, or FMCG industries highly preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and people management skills. Solid understanding of inventory control, purchase lifecycle, finance processes, and compliance requirements.
