Job Description – Warehouse Executive Job Title : Warehouse Executive Department / Function : Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse Operations Reporting To : Warehouse Manager / Supply Chain Head Location : Warehouse Facility / Project Site Role Purpose / Summary: The Warehouse Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse including inventory management, material handling, documentation, and coordination with procurement, logistics, and project teams. The role ensures timely availability of materials for Solar EPC projects while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory management systems. Issue materials to project/site teams based on requisitions. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material movement. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of solar modules, inverters, cables, and other BoS items. Monitor warehouse space utilization and maintain cleanliness & safety standards. Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), stock reports, and MIS updates. Track material dispatches to sites and ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, HSE standards, and audit requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate (Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain preferred). 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (solar/EPC/engineering industry preferred). Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Knowledge of inventory control methods and warehouse best practices. Ability to handle physical material movement and inspections. Good coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Performance Metrics / KPIs: Accuracy of stock records and inventory reports. On-time material issuance and dispatches. Compliance with safety and warehouse SOPs. Minimal material damage, loss, or discrepancies. Effective coordination with project/procurement teams. Other Requirements: Willingness to work at warehouse facilities and occasionally visit project sites. Ability to handle physical workload. Flexibility in work timings during project peak demand. Remuneration / Benefits: Salary: 18000 to 22000 + Expenses(if required) Overtime / shift allowance if applicable. Leave benefits as per company policy.
