Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers for solar electrical equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot issues with wiring, panel wiring, repair, fault finding, fault analysis, rectification, installation. Conduct solar maintenance tasks as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems. Ensure timely completion of projects by managing time effectively. Implement and monitor system performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and troubleshooting Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting solar energy

Role & responsibilities: Follow up on new leads and track enquiry status. Coordinate with sales teams for proper closure of leads. Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement. Handle incoming customer queries or complaints professionally. Refferel Generation Identify issues and escalate complex cases to senior management. Once the project is received end to end phase wise project status communication with client on call and via message. Preferred candidate profile: Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
