Job Description

Role & responsibilities Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the companys products and services Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data Identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals Site visit for measurements Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the companys offerings Design discussion with design team and explain design to customer Upgrade design and quotation as per customer requirement Loan process discussion with customer and team members, if loan require Decide Payment terms and condition Document collection & Work Order sign to customer Give update to the customer for each project step File handover after project completion Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction Make good relation with existing customers and get high potential referrals Preferred candidate profile insentive upon targets. provide expenses and allowance.
