Walk-in Interview Details: Dates: 12th & 13th June (Wednesday & Thursday) 16th to 20th June (Sunday to Thursday) Timings: 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM Venue: SHI | Locuz Corporate Headquarters 8th Floor, North Wing, Krishe Sapphire Building, Madhapur, Hyderabad – 500081 Contact Persons: Annapurna / Shiva / Jennifer Required Qualifications: Education: MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: 2–5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR, with a preference for experience in IT Infrastructure hiring Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and excellent planning skills Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms Recruitment Skills: Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities Passion for IT Hiring: A genuine interest in tech recruitment and talent strategy Role Overview: As an Executive in Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in executing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and serving as the first point of contact for potential candidates. You will work collaboratively across departments and be instrumental in building strong, diverse teams that align with our company goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment delivery and operations aligned with business objectives Understand and forecast hiring needs Design and execute strategic hiring plans Develop and optimize recruiting processes and tools Innovate sourcing techniques for diverse and specialized talent pools Build and leverage networks to promote employer branding Partner with cross-functional teams to drive hiring efficiency
