Key Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities: Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) Flexible and ready to adapt for new responsibilities in sales and marketing Create Newsletters, Manuals, Brochure content, Company info, Corp Profile etc Excellent presentation skills and documentation. Should be able to create powerpoint presentations and present the same to prospects and customers. Should have a know how about the latest trends in IT industry Study our portfolio [project and services] and improvise it Need to have thorough knowledge about what we sell and serve Write and prepare for the yearly or frequent Global or Domestic Conventions Able to sell company products and services in domestic and international market Able to prepare business proposals by interacting with the internal Project teams Study company profile, products and services to understand its marketing needs. Drive Sales & Marketing Strategies across all channels in IT Industry. Drive Branding & Visibility in external forums, events & conference. Develop content for collaterals, Marketing proposals, case studies, presentations. Desired Candidates Profile: Any graduate with MBA- Sales & Marketing. Minimum 0-1year of relevant Experience in Business Development-IT/Software/Cloud Sales. Good communication, presentation & collaborative skills, proactive, disciplined. Leadership quality. Immediate joiners & Male candidates preferred. Highly skilled, highly professional in people management, communication, project management & strategic decision making. Bonus Points: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
