Role & responsibilities Drive new business development in ERP (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle), Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and Contractual Staffing. Generate leads, build client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle. Conduct client meetings, deliver solution presentations, and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Preferred candidate profile 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions or services. Strong background in ERP (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle) is a must. Experience in Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Staffing solutions preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage US shift hours (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST).
