We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to help grow our IT services business. This role involves a mix of online bidding, lead generation, brand presence building, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new projects and supporting business expansion. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive inbound and outbound leads. Work with the tech team to get the website and landing pages optimized for lead generation. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Conduct client meetings and presentations as needed (including in-person visits when required). Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, estimates, and follow-ups. Track, measure, and report on performance of marketing activities. Requirements 1–4 years of experience in marketing or business development (preferably in the IT services or digital solutions industry). Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and lead generation strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and drive measurable results. Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, or CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).
