Business development

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to help grow our IT services business. This role involves a mix of online bidding, lead generation, brand presence building, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new projects and supporting business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive inbound and outbound leads.
• Work with the tech team to get the website and landing pages optimized for lead generation.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations as needed (including in-person visits when required).
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, estimates, and follow-ups.
• Track, measure, and report on performance of marketing activities.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing or business development (preferably in the IT services or digital solutions industry).
• Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.
• Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, or CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹14,332.74 - ₹29,454.26 per month
