Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVC, Clean \Rooms, Cold Storge, Pharma & Healthcare Infrastructure, \Food and Beverages, and Industrial Projects, Other Sectors .
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects and convert them into long term clients
  • Develop strong relationships with consultants, architects, MEP contractors, EPC companies and direct clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations, proposals and quotations.
  • Prepare Annual sales Plan, Annual Operating Budgets, Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly Sales Plan.
  • Close Monitoring and Driving and leading the sales teams to achieve overall sales as per Targets.
  • Working closely with HVAC with OEMs for their channel partnership and dealer ship etc.
  • closely working with Architects/Builders/Turn key EPC contractors proactively to finalize the Orders in advance .
  • Market Strategy & Growth

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Develop sales strategies to increase market share & brand presence.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engg/Civil Engineering and MBA in Marketing is preferred.
