Relationship Manager (B2C Sales)

In this role, you will connect directly with individual clients, understand their travel preferences, & design customized holiday packages that turn dreams into reality.

You will be responsible for driving B2C Sales, building strong customer relationships, & ensuring a smooth, memorable booking experience from inquiry to journey completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and walk-ins to promote holiday packages
• Understand customer needs and create tailor-made travel itineraries and quotes
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers for repeat and referral business
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and pricing
• Collaborate with operations and vendor teams for seamless execution of packages
• Handle client queries, feedback, and post-travel follow-ups professionally

What We Are Looking For:

• 1-5 years of experience in B2C travel sales/holiday package sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Passion for travel, destinations, and creating great customer experiences
• Result-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with travel CRM tools and online booking platforms is an added advantage
