Job Description

You will be playing a crucial role in leading the growth and strategic development of the Cost Analytics portfolio within the Cost Vertical in Finance Shared Services Centre (GFS) with a primary focus on Cost Management and Cost efficiency within the Financial Services industry. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all processes and activities related to Cost Analytics, ensuring high quality service delivery, and maintaining effective financial and operational controls. You will drive SCB cost and competitive analytics, lead the team in developing a strategic roadmap for cost efficiency, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive improvements in cost management processes. Your role will also involve enhancing talent and skill sets, promoting employee engagement, and contributing to transformational agendas and global initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial analytics, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the assigned business unit or corporate function. You will work closely with internal finance teams to identify process deficiencies and collaborate on digitalization initiatives. Your ability to lead change, manage risks, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations will be crucial in this role. As a seasoned Finance Professional with a leading Global Financial Institution, you must possess strong analytical and strategic mindset, significant experience in management reporting, and proven leadership skills. A degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, is required. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
