Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive TA to join our team in the Domestic sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, with a strong background in the BPO/Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to support the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
