Design & Marketing team @ Appknox
is one of the most creative and fast-moving teams in the organization. Responsible for shaping the visual identity of Appknox, the team plays a pivotal role in brand storytelling across multiple channels. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership, this role allows you to bring bold ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency.This opportunity provides the candidate with the chance to own high-impact creative projects, elevate Appknox’s brand presence across global markets, and grow both personally and professionally while scaling with the company.
What An Ideal Candidate Would Look Like
The ideal candidate will be a
creative powerhouse
with proven experience designing impactful marketing assets in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or creative environment. They will combine artistic flair with precision and brand discipline to create compelling visuals that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing to understand campaign objectives and transform briefs into high-impact visuals.
- Design a wide range of assets, including: Social Media Creatives (static, carousel, motion), Content Collaterals (ebooks, infographics, blogs, case studies), Event Materials (backdrops, booth designs, flyers, presentations)
- Uphold brand guidelines while exploring innovative design approaches.
- Collaborate with Content, Product, and Event teams to deliver assets on time and at the highest quality.
- Optimize designs for both print and digital formats.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, and marketing experiments.
- (Optional but preferred) Create motion graphics, simple animations, and videos to elevate brand storytelling.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional design experience in marketing or creative teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Branding consistency
- Social media campaigns
- Event & print collaterals
- High visual storytelling impact
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Bonus: Motion design skills in After Effects or similar tools.
- Ability to quickly understand marketing goals and translate them into visually persuasive designs.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to refining creative outputs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
