Visual & Graphic Designer

As a Senior Visual & Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a consistent brand image and identity across all company materials. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the marketing team to design a variety of assets such as social media designs, blog designs, landing page designs, animations, digital ads, site graphics, iconography, and illustrations. - Working on multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines. - Helping define and develop the brand narrative, style, and positioning. - Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to production, including online and offline brand visual display, promotional materials, and video clips. - Rapidly creating sketches and illustrations to visualize and effectively communicate ideas. - Occasionally collaborating with the product team to design visual elements for the application. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a designer. - At least 2 years of experience in the internet design industry, with a preference for experience in illustration design or advertising design. - Proficiency in graphic design and video editing, with skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, or other visual design tools. - Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of design needs and scenarios. - Ability to work well in a team, take responsibility, demonstrate strong executive power, and handle high-intensity work pressure. - Presentation of your designs during the interview process is required. Nice To Have Skills: - Experience with marketing, advertising, user psychology, and conversion optimization. - Strong illustration skills.
