Content Operations Manager

You will be joining our team as a Content Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include auditing, editing, and creating content for our Application. Additionally, you will share content to increase brand awareness and analyze web traffic and metrics to determine best practices. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative writing skills and relevant experience. Your role will involve overseeing all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience. Your duties will involve reviewing push notifications for Indian users to enhance click rates and user engagement. You will also evaluate user-reported content and categorize sensitive materials. Collaboration with VidMate team members to provide insights on local culture and the mobile Internet industry will be crucial. Furthermore, you will assist in activity planning and content management. To excel in this role, you should have excellent English communication skills and hold a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree, preferably in Mass Media and Communication/Journalism. Prior experience in the mobile Internet industry is advantageous. Being a collaborative team player with a high level of self-motivation to complete assignments is essential. This is a full-time position based in Pune, requiring expertise in operations, Social Media Optimization (SMO), Content Management System (CMS), Content Marketing, Data Analytics, and Content Strategy.,
