Overview
We have a talented and passionate design team dedicated to transforming complex cybersecurity challenges into simple, intuitive, and impactful experiences. We are deeply committed to serving our customers and users through human-centered design, enabling business outcomes, and cultivating a culture where every team member can thrive and excel.We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our forward-thinking design team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of professional work experience in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and a passion for solving complex design challenges. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the AI-powered cybersecurity products, working at the intersection of design, technology, and business strategy.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the cross-functional stakeholders such as product managers, engineers, and business leaders to translate user needs into seamless, impactful design solutions. Exposure to AI-powered design tools, generative ideation, intelligent prototyping, and emerging technologies such as AR/VR and conversational interfaces will be considered a strong advantage, enabling you to bring future-ready perspectives into our design process.
Responsibilities
Design Excellence
- Craft high-quality visual designs that balance usability and aesthetics across web and mobile platforms.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and interaction patterns grounded in user-centered design principles.
- Demonstrate strong mastery of UI design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across components, patterns, and guidelines.
- Design for complex, enterprise-grade B2B applications, with experience in cybersecurity or similarly complex domains being a strong advantage.
Strategic Innovation
- Explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies such as AI-powered design tools, AR/VR, and motion/animation where they add meaningful user value.
- Apply forward-thinking design approaches to solve complex problems and future-proof product experiences.
- Leverage prototyping, animation, and interaction design to validate ideas and enhance product storytelling.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Clearly articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and user impact to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work efficiently within cross-functional teams to align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints.
Technical & Tooling Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with hands-on experience in prototyping, animation, and tools such as LottieFiles.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to enable better collaboration with engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in visual or UI design, with a strong portfolio of user-centered digital products.
- Experience designing enterprise B2B products; exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex platforms is a plus.
- Awareness of emerging interaction paradigms such as agentic AI, voice interfaces, and immersive experiences.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
