Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design

  app creatives

  (banners, onboarding screens, in-app visuals).
• Create

  presentations / decks (PPTs)

  for sales, partnerships, and internal use.
• Design

  marketing creatives

  for social media, ads, website, and emailers.
• Create

  short videos, reels, and motion creatives

  for digital platforms.
• Maintain

  brand consistency

  across all design assets.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand requirements.
• Optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights.

Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience with PowerPoint / Google Slides (clean, professional decks)
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing & motion (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar)
• Good understanding of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work fast in a startup environment.
• Experience designing for

  mobile apps or tech products.

• Knowledge of

  UI basics

  (Figma, XD is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media trends and formats.
• Motion graphics or animation skills.
