Role overview :

As a Design Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our public service projects through compelling visual designs. Consultadd Public Services is looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.

Qualifications:

• Creative thinking, graphic design and typography skills

• Proficient in Figma, Figma slides, MS PowerPoint, Canva and similar software

• Graphic and visual design, UI & Web design

• Hands-on Figma design experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Responsibilities:

• You will partner with strategic consultants, legal associates, Graphic and UI & UX designers.

• Work with and assist in creating high-quality visuals, graphics, presentations, mock-ups, and UI prototypes as per project requirements.

• Explore and develop compelling visual design concepts, including typography, colour styles,

imagery, logos, and icons for online and offline media

• Design professional presentations and reports with high-quality visuals using Figma, Figma slides and Canva.

• Format and structure documents with visual elements to ensure design consistency and a polished professional appearance.

• Work with analysts to translate real-time data into clear and visually appealing designs.

• Organise and manage visual assets for various projects.

• Being able to multitask, assist the team in handling time-sensitive tasks, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Communicate effectively, collaborate across the teams and receive as well as provide constructive feedback, maintaining productivity throughout the design process.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Figma Slides with hands-on experience

• Familiar with Canva, MS PowerPoint and similar tools

• Ability to gather, understand & interpret data, transforming it into meaningful visuals

• A keen eye for clean, modern visual design and a strong understanding of design standards.

• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency

• Good layout sense and understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colours, sizing, and formatting.

• Strong communication and time-management skills
