Visual Designer - Intern

Role Overview: As a Visual Design Intern at ConsultAdd Public Services, your main responsibility will be to enhance public service projects through compelling visual designs. You will be required to take concepts and ideas and transform them into visual representations, both in print and electronic media. The ideal candidate is expected to have expert knowledge of current design software and be proficient in all stages of the design process, from concept creation to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with strategic consultants, legal associates, and Graphic & UI/UX designers - Assist in creating high-quality visuals, graphics, presentations, mock-ups, and UI prototypes as per project requirements - Develop compelling visual design concepts, including typography, color styles, imagery, logos, and icons for online and offline media - Design professional presentations and reports using Figma, Figma slides, and Canva - Format and structure documents with visual elements to maintain design consistency and a polished appearance - Translate real-time data into clear and visually appealing designs - Organize and manage visual assets for various projects - Multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced startup environment - Communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and provide constructive feedback throughout the design process Qualifications: - Creative thinking, graphic design, and typography skills - Proficiency in Figma, Figma slides, MS PowerPoint, Canva, and similar software - Graphic and visual design, UI & Web design experience - Hands-on experience in Figma design - Bachelor's degree in any field Additional Details: ConsultAdd serves as an external R&D arm for top US-based companies, specializing in cutting-edge IT, Cloud, ERP, CRM, and technology solutions.
