As a Visual Design Intern at ConsultAdd, you will be contributing to enhancing public service projects through your creative visual designs. You will be responsible for translating concepts into visually appealing representations in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in design software and demonstrate expertise in the entire design process, from conceptualization to the final product. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with strategic consultants, legal associates, and other designers to produce high-quality visuals, graphics, presentations, mock-ups, and UI prototypes. You will be expected to explore and develop innovative visual design concepts encompassing typography, color styles, imagery, logos, and icons for various online and offline media platforms. To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for modern visual design, a strong understanding of design standards, and the ability to maintain consistency with brand guidelines. Proficiency in Figma, Figma Slides, Canva, MS PowerPoint, and similar tools is crucial for creating professional presentations and reports. Additionally, you will be required to organize and manage visual assets for different projects, work on time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced startup environment, and effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your role will also involve transforming real-time data into visually appealing designs and providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure productivity and quality throughout the design process. The qualifications for this position include creative thinking, graphic design, and typography skills, along with a bachelor's degree in any field. You should have hands-on experience in Figma and Figma Slides, proficiency in Canva, MS PowerPoint, and similar software, and a strong understanding of UI & Web design principles.
