Job Summary:

Vision Execution Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to operationalize strategic goals into detailed project roadmaps and timelines
Manage the execution of high-priority initiatives across teams or departments
Track key results, metrics, and milestones to ensure alignment with overall vision
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove roadblocks and improve execution speed
Serve as a liaison between executive vision and team-level implementation
Monitor organizational progress and provide data-driven updates and recommendations
Lead strategic meetings, follow-up sessions, and project debriefs to drive accountability
Support change management and adoption of new processes, tools, or priorities
Help communicate strategic intent in a way that resonates with frontline teams
Drive continuous improvement in how strategy is executed across the company

Preferred Qualifications:.

Experience working directly with executive leadership or founders
Background in management consulting, business operations, or PMO
Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, and strategic planning frameworks
Exposure to agile principles and adaptive planning methodologies
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights and action
