Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Visa Officer will manage visa application processes, including document verification, submission, and follow-up, while ensuring compliance with visa and immigration policies. In addition, the Visa Officer will provide support to clients by responding to queries, giving updates, and guiding them through complex immigration procedures. Maintaining excellent communication and building rapport with clients will be key aspects of daily responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of visa processing, immigration regulations, and related policies
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to assist clients effectively
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional client interactions
• Prior experience in addressing immigration issues or similar roles is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with experience in visa administration or related fields.
