Collaboration with migration consultants and legal experts is essential to provide accurate information and support to clients throughout the visa application process. You will need to maintain detailed sales records, generate reports, and analyze performance to identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will be expected to offer continuous customer support, addressing client queries and providing updates on application statuses. Participation in training programs to enhance knowledge of immigration laws, sales techniques, and customer service skills is encouraged.
